Allison M. Meade
Allison grew up as a Tarheel fan in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She attended Williams College (home of the mighty Purple Cows) and graduated from Yale Law School in 1997. She clerked for a federal judge and practiced law in Philadelphia, PA before returning to North Carolina in 2003.
Allison established her law firm in Boone in 2010 and has represented individuals and small businesses as well as medium-sized to Fortune 500 companies in counties throughout central and northwestern North Carolina. Allison’s practice areas include civil litigation, mediation, business law, real estate and tax disputes, estate planning, guardianships and estate administration (probate), and elder law. Allison is a certified Superior Court Mediator. She has served as Town Attorney for Boone since January 2015.
